GARNOC.com - the general aviation sister site of CARNOC.com & WCARN.com - published 2015 Business Aviation Data Report for Mainland China (referred as "the report" below) on the eve of ABACE 2015, which will take place in Shanghai on April 14-16.

For the past three years, GARNOC.com has been taking active steps such as database collaboration and field study, in creating comprehensive reports on the region's business jet fleet with respect to the strength of Mainland China's business aviation enterprises.

The report will offer many first-hand materials for the development of China's business aviation, as well as providing references for industry cooperation, aircraft purchasing and maintenance by biz aviation enterprises.

The report covers the business aviation enterprises data due March 31, 2015. There are 47 enterprises operating 252 business jets in mainland China, an increase of 11 percent compared with the same period last year.

Highlights from the report include:

1. As of the end of March 2015, there are 47 enterprises operating 252 biz jets in mainland China, among which more than 50 percent are from Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. The top 10 enterprises by fleet size operate 66.3 percent of the nation's biz jets.

2. There are up to 46 types of biz jets in service in mainland China. The top 5 types in terms of numbers are Gulfstream G550, Gulfstream G450, Dassault Falcon 7X, Beech King AirC90GTi, and Cessna525. Specifically, G550 accounts for 15.6 percent of the total biz jet fleet.

3. Currently, the Chinese mainland business aviation market is occupied by 10 aircraft manufacturers, with the top 5 manufacturers taking up 87.7 percent market share.
